Course Aims

This course is intended for learners who have an interest in the practical areas of marketing and event management. Modern business practices using relevant innovative technologies are at the core of this course. On this multidiscipline course, learners will be taught by teachers with relevant digital marketing and event management experience. Learners will gain practical experience by assisting in marketing initiatives and events throughout the year. Guest speakers from the industry are an integral component of this programme.

Progression Opportunities

DFEi: Graduates may progress to the Level 6 QQI Advanced Certificate in Administration at DFEi.

Career Paths

Graduates of this course may seek employment in digital marketing in such roles as PPC advertising, search engine optimisation and social media marketing. Employment opportunities also exist in public relations as a PR officer, press officer or event manager.
